PRIVACY POLICY

Any contact information, billing/payment information, along with any and all personal information such as legal name, address, Age, and similar will be kept between You, the commissioner and Me, the one your commissiong.None of this information will be shared Publicly or in Private besides the necessary recipients such as Banks/similar payment services to process, Post office if psychical content that needs to be shipped, and of course the recipient via email or chosen communication methods.Only shared information will be your chosen information such as your social media handle when I am posting finished commissions online, if you choose to/do not want your social media handle included in the finished peice/similar. Your social media handle will be replaced with COMMISSION or similar nameless credit when the finished product is posted

REFUNDS AND PAYMENT

ONCE WORK HAS STARTED ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT AND RECEIVED THE FINAL PRODUCT

CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CONDITIONS AS REFUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE BEFORE YOUR PRODUCT IS FINISHED IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULT

Reselling/ Redistribution

Reselling anything you have commissioned from me is NOT allowed in any circumstances unless discussed prior. This also goes for Redistribution such as uploading files or art to sell and putting art into ANY blockchain/AI art programs.Breaking this TOS will result in a request to take the art down.

Crediting and Usage

Any and all art you have commissioned will need to be credited to @The_SpaceRoomba on Twitter/X + @Mospacepai on Blusky
Failing to do this will result in a request to add credit, if credit is not added within a week you will be requested to take the art down.｡☆✼★━━━━━━━━━━━━★✼☆｡Removing my watermark on the art or reuploading the art claiming it as yours (whether its for profit or non profit) will result in a request to take the un-watermarked art down.
｡☆✼★━━━━━━━━━━━━★✼☆｡Art is allowed to be sent to friends and family, or posted / used as a reference with proper credit.

FAQ
Q: Ive paid the 50% upfront and sent all the details, when do i get updates on my commission? etc?A: I send updates soon as I start working on your commission, Usually I work in the following steps.Sketch > Lineart > Colours > Clean up Lineart > Colour > Add Details > Final Draft before Finishing.Revisions and minor changes can be made up to the Final draft for free, After that any revisions will cost a extra 5-10 dollars depending on the Commission type/ how much you want altered.NOTE: Process for different commissions types may change, such as doodle requests are full amount upfront due to no lengthy sketch/cleanup stage
｡☆✼★━━━━━━━━━━━━★✼☆｡Q: What art programs do you use?A: I use Mobile Ibis Paint X and Desktop Krita.Please let me know what Program you would like your work done in when ordering, just know the price will remain the same regardless of which one you choose.Commissions in Ibis generally are quicker ( but not guaranteed 100% to be quicker due to Irl things that may happen)AT THE CURRENT TIME I AM ONLY USING IBIS PAINT｡☆✼★━━━━━━━━━━━━★✼☆｡Q: Why are there no refunds after the final amount has been paid?A: There are no Refunds after the final amount because soon as I receive the payment I send the finished artwork, if you are not happy with the artwork there has been plenty of time and opportunities to ask me to change things in the artwork.｡☆✼★━━━━━━━━━━━━★✼☆｡Q: I dont want my art posted online, I only want it posted at a certain time, etcA: Private Commissions will not be posted by me on any of my social media, you will still have to follow my crediting TOS if you choose to post the art yourself. If you want the art to be posted on or after a certain date please state it in your order.｡☆✼★━━━━━━━━━━━━★✼☆｡Q: Where do you post the finished art?A: I post the finished art on my Twitter/X , Bluesky or add it as a example to this site, Art posted on my Twitter/Bluesky/Carrd will have a "COMMISSIONED ART FOR X" Water mark across it with your social media handle unless you do not want your social added, which then the Watermark will be "COMMISSIONED PIECE".｡☆✼★━━━━━━━━━━━━★✼☆｡Q: Where or how do I pay?A: through Ko-Fi as commission type listings are posted there (Ko-Fi is linked on the intro page) Unless discussed prior to pay else where
